Beautiful Spanish villa in Playa de Albir is available for rent for a few weeks in July and August. The house of 260 m2 has large rooms and all on one level. Four cosy bedrooms with air conditioning, large beds and wardrobes. Cotton bed linen and good towels for the pool and bathroom. 2 bathrooms and a bathroom/laundry room in the main house. Large living room with fireplace and bar and direct access to the terrace. Smart TV and WiFi. Separate and well-equipped kitchen/dining room with large windows and direct access to terrace and outdoor areas. Fridge/freezer with ice cube maker, oven/induction, dishwasher, kitchen robot, air fryer, sandwich maker, blender, Nespresso machine etc. The outdoor kitchen is also well equipped and has a pull-out table for 12 people, grill, stove/induction, microwave, fully automatic espresso machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher etc. There is also a seating area with sofa and armchairs, as well as high tables/chairs. There is another bathroom with shower adjacent to the outdoor kitchen. There are several seating areas around the house; on the terrace in front of the living room, outside the kitchen and overlooking the pool. There is also a small unfurnished roof terrace.

Approx. 15 minutes walk, or 3-4 minutes by car, to the beach and seafront. Parking in the garage or in the car park outside the property.
